Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.

What does the lion do after a meal? If the above lion was a business man, it would hunt every gazelle it could, and hoard them all to create an artificial demand. Then this lion would sell them with inflated prices to hungry lions who need a meal. They will pay up, because they can't find any gazelles around.
If the lions were more enterprising, the more powerful would subject the less powerful to hunt for them. and then sell on to other lions not subject to them. This could become a hierarchy when the only way to eat would be to subject themselves to the more powerful ones. This could perhaps extend such that the powerful would not wait, but forcibly enslave the powerless. The powerful ones might even develop a slave trade, and everything & everyone become their resources. The cycle of hoarding is truly in shape.
This then ends up a Pyramid Scheme, nothing more, nothing less!
Thankfully, lions are not enterprising. In fact, no other animal, bird, or creature is that enterprising. The ecological food chain, is so called because every creature is a part of it, and every creature plays their part in ensuring continuity.
What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul?
Mt 16:26
You can be rest assured that anybody who has accumulated more than he can ever hope to consume has sold his soul in order to do so.
It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 19:25
What good is accumulating more than a man can spend in a lifetime? It should be made shameful for any man to hoard more than he can consume in his lifetime. All the more so, while there are people in this world who starve. Mainstream media periodically blitzes on about an overpopulation myth, and that humanity needs to be culled every some years.. wow!
